Founded in 1963 by the Catholic Bishops\u2019 Conference of India, St John\u2019s Medical College (SJMC)<\/strong> is one of the country\u2019s most respected private, not-for-profit teaching hospitals. Affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and consistently ranked within India\u2019s top-20 medical colleges, SJMC admits 150 MBBS students each year<\/strong> with a special mission to serve under-served rural communities. Admission Process in St. John’s Medical College in 2025<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

St John\u2019s follows a two-step pathway<\/strong>\u2014qualify NEET-UG 2025 and participate in the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)<\/em> counselling conducted exclusively for the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Eligibility:<\/strong> Pass 10 + 2 with PCB + English securing \u2265 50 % marks (40 % for SC\/ST\/OBC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Entrance Test:<\/strong> Sit for NEET-UG 2025<\/strong> (tentative 4 May 2025).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. KEA Registration:<\/strong> After NEET results, log on to kea.kar.nic.in<\/em>, choose the \u201cSt John\u2019s Medical College\u201d option and upload supporting documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choice-filling:<\/strong> Select one of four institutional categories (explained below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Seat Allotment:<\/strong> KEA will publish seat-wise allotment lists for Round-1, Round-2 and Mop-Up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Reporting & Fee Payment:<\/strong> Report physically to SJMC with originals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Session Start:<\/strong> Orientation usually begins in the first week of September.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
